The 3-point shootout is about to begin, who is the favorite?

The Sixers have a good rookie participating in it in Kyle Korver. He came in second in the first round with 19 points.

The other 3-point shooters are

Peja Stojakovic
Chauncy Billups
Voshon Lenard
Rashard Lewis
Cuttino Mobley

Peja lit it up first round with 21 points!

The players in the slam-dunk competition are....

Chris Andersen
Ricky Davis
Fred Jones
Jason Richardson

I have a couple questions..
Why do they only have 4 contestants?]

Where are the big-name players? Most have prob never heard of these guys.

Who do you think will win?

The big names dont want to particapte in the slam dunk because they are afraid they will injury themselves. Or the Coaches or team owners dont want them in there for that reason.

The 3 point contest was great to watch i would have liked Korvier to win that contest. And then peja losing when he couldnt find his stoke, it seemed as though he didnt have his stroke down.

I plan on watching it, it's usually pretty exciting and high scoring.

I'll be rooting for my man Iverson to get another MVP!

Pretty good game so far.

East leads at halftime 64-58.

The guy that everyone said didn't belong in the game, Jamal Magloire, leads all scorers with 12.

4 minutes left to play, the West leads 124-122.

Good game, the West is so tough down low with Shaq, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Garnett.

Most likely because he is the veteran, not to mention he had a heck of a game. Yao's time will come, he is already an awesome player.
