I was told by someone that you don't need a pay pal account to pay someone money. Is this true? From the pay pal website I see no way to do this without setting up your own account. It is possible to set up an account that has no information about your bank account; that its just a means for using your atm card to pay people on a case by case basis?

I trashed my account. They wanted me to do all this crazy stuff. It's really to bad you can't log in, enter your card once, pay and have the transaction erased.
