After being claimed off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by the Arizona Cardinals earlier in the day, cornerback Tim Wansley failed his physical Saturday and will not be joining the team.

The 5-foot-8, 186-pound Wansley appeared in 12 games with six starts with the Buccaneers last season. He collected two interceptions at Carolina on November 9, returning the first 23 yards for his first career touchdown.
