Bears want to talk to Couch

The Bears have entered the hunt for Tim Couch. The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Tony Grossi reports that the Browns have given the Bears permission to speak with the QB.

Dolphins' Ogunleye ready to stage holdout

The Dolphins' contract squabble with Adewale Ogunleye could get ugly. The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero reports that Ogunleye could skip minicamp, training camp and the first 10 games of the season.

Dolphins no closer to re-signing Surtain

The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero reports that Patrick Surtain is still waiting for the Dolphins to sign him to a contract extension. Although the Dolphins have said that they want to re-sign Surtain, he says that "nothing's really happened".

Favre says McKenzie should rejoin team

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Tom Silverstein reports that Brett Favre has taken Mike McKenzie to task for failing to honor his contract with the Packers. McKenzie, who has asked the Packers to trade him, has decided to "boycott team activities".

Cowboys may pursue Collins

The Cowboys may try to sign QB Kerry Collins. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones told the Dallas Morning News's Jean-Jacques Taylor that "no organization would have more respect for [Collins] than us".

I feel that the Packers Need McKenzie in their lineup its the dreaded duo with that hair you dont wanna break that up.

that sucks for the packers cuz McKenzie is a damn good player
