Greg Maddux took a 5-1 defeat tonight against Arizona. He only lasted 5 innings, walking nobody, but giving up 10 hits, including a 3-run HR. The Cubs loaded the bases with one out in the 9th, but could not score.

So Pedro is now the last of the great undefeateds, and he got shafted out of a win tonight by the "great" Billy Wagner. Not a good night for the great pitchers.
