Baseball: Blue Jays give Burnett 55 million

the Toronto Blue Jays signed free agent pitcher AJ Burnett for 55 million for 5 years!!!!!

this is quite a chunk of change for a sub 500 pitcher, the Jays also have signed BJ Ryan last week to the richest contract ever for a reliever, giving him 47 Million also over 5 years....Burnett's career record is 49-50
