Belgian Justice Minister, Marc Verwilghen, want to set up a new system who will intercept all mobile phones & internet communications.

The so-called purpose is an help to fight against the organized crime.

I would like to know what they understand with " organized crime "


Big Brother is watching us. He want to be sure that we will be all " good citizens " !
