Who are the only 4 players in Major League history, to have hit 40 or more homeruns in a single season, and also have 10 or more letters in their last name?

Well... Darryl Strawberry hit 39 Twice... but I think the answer is Ted Kluszewski (sp?). I think I remember reading in Baseball Digest that he hit 49 in the 50's. If not... I'm almost sure he hit 40 3 or 4 times.

Ted Kluszewski was already mentioned, and he is one of the three, and he did hit 49 home runs in 1954, one of the three years he hit 40 or more home runs ('53, '54, '55). There is still one more player and I don't think anyone is going to get it.

I will give a hint on who the fourth and final person is who performed this task. He played on the Red Sox from 1963-1978.

That is 100% correct, and thus concludes my trivia question (Carl Yaz, "Big klu," Campy, and Rico)
