Baseball: hit by line drive, prior leaves game

again under the heading "can it get any worse for the cubs" mark prior was hit on the right arm and had to leave todays game....he was in some pain and did not try to throw again after being hit

if mark is out for any length of time it could be curtains for any chance the cubs have of catching the cardnals in the nl central

espn is reporting that prior has a hairline fracture in the elbow of his pitching arm...bad news for the cubs
