Oh what if them Yankees don't even reach the play offs
after getting A-Rod and everyone knows you can't win World Series with no Pitching apart from El Duque:party-smiley-018:

I think this is as good as any to make a first post here.

Boston got red hot when the Yankees got ice cold. It happens. This will just make the couple remaining series mean that much more, and be that much more fun to watch. I'm in a way glad it got a bit closer. Boston fans are getting too cocky again, they'll start to slide. Not worried about missing the playoffs in the least, they always pick it up in the clutch.

Yeah it was even worse than 16-0 in the 8th, it ended up 22-0. I would say that is a bit of a thumping

The Yanks have Hernandez pitching today and he has pitched like a demon since comming back. In the 8 games he has pitched in they have won 7. The only game they lost was a close one 4-3 against Cleveland. He has got 55 strikeouts in them few games, a era of 2.81 and has only given up 4 home runs. I think they should get him at the mound a bit more often the way he is pitching.
