Baseball: Your All-Star snubs?

I know that there is more than stats, but even going by stats is better than going by popularity.

Stats speak volumes.

How can you pick a player just because he play's for your favourite team? He might be completely rubbish. Just because you like them doesn't mean they should get in.

my biggest snub is Johnny Estrada, C Atlanta. When was the last game Piazza played as a catcher? after he hit his milestone homerun as a catcher, he's been 1b since. i wouldn't have put Griffey Jr. in there, but i'm not sure who i would have inserted in his place. Jose Guillen deserves the start, he's basically single handedly keeping the Angels in the race while half the team is on the DL.
