Will Reds deal Griffey?

If Ken Griffey Jr. can stay healthy, he may be traded. The Atlanta Journal Constitution's Guy Curtright reports that there is talk that Griffey will be moved as soon as he shows that he "is worth the health risk".


White Sox's Thomas wants a raise

The Chicago Tribune's Teddy Greenstein reports that Frank Thomas is looking to sign a long-term contract with the White Sox. Although Thomas will make $6 million this season, he feels that he is underpaid and would like to sign a contract extension that would keep him in Chicago until he is 40.

It's be good for Junior to head back to Seattle, he hasn't been productive at all in Cincy (mainly due to injuries), and the fans dont' seem to like him there.

Well on his play so far he is doing pretty good..Anyone know why he keeps getting injured or is he just unlucky?

people up here around seattle are divided as wether they want to see griffey back, while the mariners need another bat in the lineup people just aren't sure that he is worth the risk

i would take the risk

the last season he was with the mariners he was quite a distraction in the clubhouse, left a bitter taste in the mouths of quite a few people around the team

Thing is with his track record it's a big risk..Just because he has had a good start they are seeing it as a great opportunity to get rid of him..
