Baseball: yankees and red sox

starting friday night the yankees are in boston for a four game series, this will be their first regular season meeting since their dramatic playoff series last year and the first since arod joined the yankees, i don't think it is too early for some sportztawk predictions and some good old fashioned mud slinging.....personally i hope the sox sweep the series...

first game of the series goes to the red sox, the yankees looked very shaky, and the sox were in control all the way

6-2, red sox scored 4 in the first inning, yankees looked sloppy all night

Well they're only halfway there, it's a 4 game stand but I'd love to see them win the next two and break out the brooms. Sweep 'em right outta Boston. Tomorrow it's Jose Contreras vs Derek Lowe.

Boston won today, 5-4. I took the day off work, watched the game off and on, it was pretty good, they came back from being down 4-1 . ESPN was cool, showing updates from the marathon throughout the game.

Boston won 3 out of four in the series.

Hrmm can't say the Yankess are firing at all,which is a good thing..
