Okay how about these first round series? Any predictions?

I'll go with Braves over Cubs in 5.
Giants over Marlins in 5.

A's over Red Sox in 4.
Yankees over Twins in 5.

I choose Braves for another early exit...Cubs in 4

What a win by the A's tonight! Ramon Hernandez with a gutsy bunt single with the bases loaded in the Bottom of the 12th inning to bring home the winning run!

A lot of heros in this game. Eric Chavez robbing Gabe Kapler of the possible game-winning hit in the Top of the 12th Inning. Chavez dived to get the ball, and dived again to touch 3rd Base ahead of Manny Ramirez!

And then Erubiel Durazo with 3 rbis tonight. 2 off Pedro and 1 off Alan Embree to send the game into extra innings. :yawn:

looks like A's will win now that theyve taken a 2-0 lead. Although anythings possible it looks like Boston's first playoff appearance in quite a while will be a 3 game sweep

Yeah, I'm not too overconfident with the A's because 2 years ago they won Games 1 and 2 at Yankee Stadium and proceeded to choke the next 3 away.
