By reducing the universe ten billion times, there would be a Sun of the size of a melon 14 cm in diameter.

The Earth would be a pinhead of 1,2 mm to 15 meters of the Sun.
Jupiter would be a hazel nut of 1,4 cm to 80 meters of the Sun.
Pluto would be with 600 meters of the Sun.
Proxima Centaurus, the nearest star would be to 4100 km of the Sun.
The Milky Way (our galaxy) would make 85 million kilometers in diameter.
Andromeda, the galaxy similar to ours nearest, would be to 2 billion kilometers.

and our universe would be 400 000 milions years old...

That last one is incorrect though. 400000million years is 400 billion years and that would make it much more then 1/10th of the univere's age. It's even more than the actual age of the universe.

There's a scale somewhere of the solar system. I think it's at a musem or a university.

Another interesting one, if you reduce the time since the earth was created to a single 365 day year. You get:

January 1
Formation of the Earth
February 21
Life first appears
October 25
Cambrian shelly faunas appear
November 20
Devonian fishes and first amphibians
December 7
Permian reptiles and Pangaea
December 15
Jurassic dinosaurs and first birds
December 25
Dinosaurs extinct
December 31, 3 PM
First hominids
December 31, 11 PM
Appearance of Homo sapiens
December 31, 11:58:45 PM
End of last ice age
December 31, 11:59:45 PM
Rise of Rome
December 31, 11:59:50 PM
Fall of Rome
December 31, 11:59:57 PM
Columbus discovers America

I've seen the last one, using the months of the year before. It's interesting to see things scaled down as such.
