I think he'll probably either say "No" or he'll hide his weapons in hospitals & schools before allowing inspectors to see the military facilities...He's been known to do that before.

In other words, he can't be trusted on any kind of "word of honor" basis, because he's already shown himself to have no honor.

irrelevant. once the inspectors are in and crawling all over the place it will pretty damned hard for iraq to pursue any sort of armament program. which is why i said they should be in there sooner ...
