I just love old Quotes
heres a few i love hope they help. there from past native americans

"Will you teach your children what we have taught our children? That the earth is our mother? What befalls the earth befalls all the sons of the earth. This we know: the earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth ~Chief Seattle~

AND....

You have noticed that everything as Indian does is in a circle, and that is because the Power of the World always works in circles, and everything tries to be round..... The Sky is round, and I have heard that the earth is round like a ball, and so are all the stars. The wind, in its greatest power, whirls. Birds make their nest in circles, for theirs is the same religion as ours.... Even the seasons form a great circle in their changing, and always come back again to where they were. The life of a man is a circle from childhood to childhood, and so it is in everything where power moves. ~Black Elk ~

And before men by whom falling is dreaded
Is the mark of a flower

How about a nice German quote I learned while living there.........

When someone breaks something they shouldn't have,

" What he can't eat or F***, he'll break"

My father-in-law told me that after I dropped a glass.

Not to be confused with, "If at first you don't succeed, don't try skydiving."

Some of my favorite quotes over the years have been...

"Some people can see things as they happen. Even fewer people make things happen. Most people look around and wonder what the hell just happened."

"Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most."

"With great power comes great responsibility." (Gotta love Spiderman)

"I ain't scared of dyin' -- never have been. It'll happen to me one day, whether I want it to or not, so why waste time worrying about it?"
