Clark sets FOX news straight

Topic started on 21-11-2003 @ 01:00 AM by Flinx

Watch Wesley Clark tear a Fox News anchor a new asshole. I've never seen him mad before....it's great. Now if he can get in the president's face and act like this.....

Thanks for sharing that!!! I saw part of it on Fox the other night and didn't really get the gist of what went on.

I bet Rove is reviewing that footage. Clark, imho, didn't tear anyone a new one, rather, I think he self-destructed. The anchor really didn't do much; he repeated Clark's comments. Clark's political advisors were probably pulling their hair out; he's going to have to learn to keep his cool. Otherwise, the other dems are going to 'rage-bait' Clark and he’ll never win the nomination.

Passive inference is as much a twisting of words as the Hannity/O'Reilly method of shout 'em down - it's just at a diffrent decible level.

While I can't hold much hope for anyone who watches Fox, I can safely wager that Clark will peel off votes from Bush with any Republican still holding some frontal lobe real estate not affected by drinking the Kool-Aid.
Any candidate from the Dems who goes on Fox, get used to it, will be of the same tenor - "Yo, you think ya'll gonna punk me!!?! Ya betta REK--CO--NIZE BEEOTCH"

I love it!

I don't think for a minute that Clark's advisors didn't cringe at Wes throwing that temper tantrum.

His opponents saw a weekness that they will attack, just watch.

If I'm a Clark supporter I'd be a little worried.

Bob88, you may be right about Clarks advisors but I liked what he had to say and don't find anything wrong with his attitude about the situation either. Anyone who thinks that Clark was getting pissed about nothing is just playing "Blind Man". I mean of course they were trying to twist the meaning of what he said to imply something else, that's what they do!! That's what they've always done and will continue to do until people start calling them on their B.S.

As for getting Mad, all I have to say is it's about time somebody starts getting pissed about some of this crap and stop acting like it's all just fun and games!! I'm tired of watching Tyrants abuse everything from Information and Media to Military, Economy and Human life and going about it all calm and detached. Anyone who's acting like nothing is wrong doesn't have their damn head in the game!!! Personally I like the way he's standing his ground on the issue and wants to make it clear what the Meaning behind his Words really are. Political Con-Men/Women throw words around that have NO meaning at all or vague meanings that allow them to change them around later if and when they need to.

Diff strategy than you see.
I see it as his handlers being happy. Why?
The Dem front runner, Dean, is all about righteous anger, and it's hit a cord in America.

People are pissed at Bush for the economy, war, foreign embarrassment, safety...you name it. They are twice as angry because they turn on the Corp. Boob Tube and BANG! , the loudest whisper you've ever heard - no one saying anything about Bush.

No sir re Bobo, anger is a catylst to politics; though he lost by a half million votes, Bush got a grand chunk of the ones not awarded to him by Diebold because the complicit media whipped people into a frenzy over Clinton's BJ Gate, .....and they were pissed.

that's all fine and dandy BT, and doesn't have a damn thing to do with the point I am trying to get across. BT, let's focus here for a minute on what I am trying to say (you work in IT or something? - I'm still laughing at that one, btw)

OTHER dems are going to now bait him to flip out. He'll stumble and look foolish. Kerry and Lieberman have been around the block a few times, they're going to eat him up over this stuff in a debate. They are politicians, he's not. Don't get me wrong, I sort of like Wes. If we're to have a dem as president, he's one of the two I might want to see in office out of that bunch.

Oh yeah!
I forgot that one, but I knew, at the time, it would hit home since you by now understand that our industry is chock full silly with Idiot Savants!

It could happen, but not likely from Liberman. Come on, even us more civilized denizen of America can't but help to mentally call Liberman a 'puzzy' everytime he speaks!

That voice!

That staccato monotone!

I think the boys all know, with the exception of those at the back of the pack running for ego/agitation purposes only, to play unfied ball....they know who the enemy is.

I like Kerry, but fear that surgery was more than was disclosed....not full of the piss & vinegar as prior to the surgery.
