Islam is similar to christianity, and thus, is a danger because of its my way or the highway mentality that cannot allow co existance. Tho it generally violates the letter of both religions to do so.

Christianity is suppsoed to support free will, and Islam has to be embraced, but the idiots who run both religions seem to forget this.

I wont say islam is totally harmless. but as far as threats go, its VERY low on my list.

My worries as far as dangers to America is our govornment, the IRS, Federal reserve, the burocracies, our troops strecthed thin, our debt growing high, our economy shaking, our dependance on oil....and the attitude of the world towards us...these things worry me.

If we took care of all but the last of the above problems, we would need to fear nothing.

Look at it this way. If we brought our troops home, strengthened our military HERE, patroled our borders, cleaned up our filthy govornment, got rid of the assholes, and invested in America and stopped selling our tech to everyone and thier hamster.........

Then lets say Muslims did take over Europe. And they did decide they were gonna come against us. If we would fix our own damn country and let the rest of the world deal with its crap, than Muslim could own the whole #ing hemisphere of the east, and still be no threat to us, because we would have fixed ourselves, cut them off, strenghtened ourselves, secured ourselves, that thier ambitions would get cut down.
Muslims just might take over Europe. Even if they did, with the issues and infighting they have, i doubt that they could ever get it together long enough to sucessfully launch anything.

If the Saudi Army is indication of what a Muslim army would be like, id be impressed if they turn a missle launcher on without blowing themselves up in the process.

yeah , what you said...however, an isolationism policy by the US receives as much crticism from the rest of the world as does our policies of upholding the UN's resolutions which i feel have led us down this road we're currently on. What can we do to appease the world, you ask? Only one thing. Die.

You are right that the federal reserve is this country's enemy. I won't deny that. Right along with the CFR and the UN. I say, go for it. Pull our troops home, shut the borders, drill our own oil wells until alternate energy can be perfected, deport all these 40 year old foreign students building bombs in their basements, and shoot the hell out of anyone who threatens us for it! I don't like having our troops all over the world anymore than you do but I would rather they're hands not be tied like they were in the 90s. Having to call the UN to get permission to defend themselves. Even Bill Clinton has expressed so much regret for pandering to that bunch of logger heads and he stopped it after the Blackhawk incident. He was trying to be a global country only to find out for every inch we gave, they took another mile. If the US has troops out, then the men trained to assess and react should be in charge..not some third world idiot at the UN. So, I'll back you on getting our own country in order and strong all day long Skadi. But we have to face the reality of who the enemy is.
