Ok...this is a dish my aunt gave me.

Ingredients:

1lb of steak mince
2 onions
curry powder
breadcrumbs
4 eggs
salted peanuts
lemon juice

Method:

Chop and fry onions and when brown add some curry powder to ur taste.
Add mince and brown, toss in the ground up peanuts and breadcrumbs and mix with 2tbs of lemon juice.
Add 1 egg and bind together b4 the egg sets.

Get a largish dish and spread the meatmix out flat and then make up a scrambled egg mix with the other 3 eggs and pour ontop.

Shove in oven for 20 mins Gas 4/5 (200) or just until egg is set and browned.

Make salad and cut crusty bread...add some coleslaw and serve!

Yummie!

mmmm my mum makes a variation on this, using lamb mince instead of steak, and replacing the peanuts with a small apple and a handful of raisins. Also she soaks a few slices of bread in milk, beats an egg into the mixture and spreads it on top.

Guess it's one of those recipes you can play with
