That's the problem with the view of debate/issues, as seen by the Right.
While there has been a relentless attack on all figures of the Left by Rush Limbaugh, and particular to the drug addiction issue as seen by his quotes while during his junkie phase that I had posted earlier in the thread, we are to now take a metered stance on the amount of worthy ridicule thrown at Rush because we "might-someday-it-could-happen" have an addict among us?

The Reason Rush the fat pig has been the object of roasting at the bonfire is hypocrisy.

Limbaugh made a career mercilessly berating and attacking drug users, pushing for harder penalties for drug users, treating them like criminals and scum, instead of as people with problems. he has belittled, attacked, and encouraged hatred of the same kind of people he is:

A drug addict. A fat drug addict. A stupid fat annoying pompous self righteous pig who is guilty of the same crimes he dared judge others for.

Incidentally, it brings me no pleasure to report I share the same birthday as Rush Limbaugh. Of course, its also the same birthday as Howard Stern, Jack London, Rob Zombie.

So, when our mutual birthdays roll around, ill send him the roaches of the fat blunts I plan to smoke on my 30th birthday

"ABC News is reporting tonight that El Rushbo is facing state criminal charges of money-laundering. The criminal probe stems from the on-going investigation of Limbaugh's illegal drug purchases. Limbaugh apparently withdrew money from his account with US Trust in Manhattan to fund the drug buys. All of the withdrawals were in amounts slightly less than $10,000. Why? Because federal law requires banks to report any transactions of $10,000 or more. The law is aimed at preventing drug syndicates and other criminal enterprises from using U.S. banks to launder profits.

New York officials stumbled onto Limbaugh's withdrawals, some 30-40, all in cash, during an investigation of US Trust two years ago. Banks are required to file suspicious activity reports when customers exhibit withdrawal patterns that appear designed to skirt the $10,000 limit. US Trust didn't. Limbaugh's lawyer, Roy Black, denies his client has done anything illegal. Then again, Roy's the guy you want as your legal counsel if you ever get caught in bed with the proverbial live boy or dead girl. Jack Blum, an expert in financial crime, had a different take on the Limbaugh story, noting that the bank was so used to the transactions that an employee actually delivered the cash to Limbaugh personally: "That in itself is a suspicious activity: They are structuring their transaction to avoid reporting to the government, and the bank is required to file with the federal government something called a suspicious activity report." Interesting, isn't it, that this story surfaces a day after someone in the Florida law enforcement community told reporters that Limbaugh probably wouldn't face charges on the drug buys."

I'm not complaining because you hurt my feelings colonel. I am complaining because you are an offensive flamer. The last post you made is a great example, and there are plenty of others floating around.

I'll admit that you are a very argumentive person, and you have a way of grating on the right nerves. BUT, I suggest that you do it some other place. I haven't seen anyone jump in to defend you.
