Looks like a good program. Is this a regular show in England?

The idea of a bible code has been hashed over alot here. While its an interesting concept, I can't buy into anything in the current versions of the bibles as they have been heavily edited and changed over the years to fit various church and government's needs. Now if the code was based on an authentic version of the original bible, then I would be willing to put a bit more stock in it.

also, take any book, scan all of it, then search like there doing heh, nothing specail....

UK Horizon as some great shows, did anyone watch the conspiracy night??

Horizon is one of the last shows with any actual merit in the UK.

Does the fact that even religious scholars admint that sections of the bible have been poorly translated or mis-translated completely affect this 'code'?

The Bible Code from what I know is based on the original Bible written in hebrew.

UK Horizon do have a lot of good shows I agree, I know it's not the topid of this section, but did anybody watch "Area 51" on UK Horizon on Sunday I think it was?

The only "authentic version of the original bible" is actually the Dead Sea Scrolls, which forms the root-base of the entire Judeo-Christian religion & all of its splinter-groups.

The problem with that is that, to read the original, you'd have to learn three ancient languages, two of which are considered dead languages. Another problem you'd face is to realize that there's no way of knowing for certain if *all* of the Scrolls have even been found yet. And yet *another* problem involves trying to read script that was age-damaged...Significant portions of the Scrolls recovered are literally unreadable due to damage.

This would be the *oldest* parts written...However, there's still two more languages to go (before getting to English translations).
