I don't understand why her parents couldn't have poured warm water on her tongue to get her loose?

Damn HAARP mind control... making teens frostbite their tongues so they can't voice an opinion, have freedom of speech, contact their loved ones when the NWO takes them away to become trained assassins at a young age...

I'd have to presume that this 13 y/o girl was not the sharpest tool in the shed, so to speak.

I had ONE experience like Ralphy's when I was about
7-8, I had stuck my tongue to a horizontal fence post after seeing a couple friends do it with little to no pain, then I pushed my tongue to it........ hard..... lol.
I panicked, pulled away...... hard......... lol, lost some skin off my tongue but it healed.

Yeah, I thought everybody new about this sort of thing
