do you think we are just putting out this report to keep the peace with china and keep good relations for now? its pretty much know that china has manipulated currency and that there is major trade imbalances hurting us.

China is going to pull out soon from the U.S and will be declared the next worlds strongest superpower, the chinese have and are getting stronger by the day. Just by this example the U.S is falling to there knees for a bit more time in support.
