You know, I don't understand why people feel the need to make
up stuff and lie.

Of course HIV exists, I mean all you have to do to actually see it,
is learn what it looks like in a medium, than look at a sample
under a microscope.

This woman should be fined for wasting then courts, and peoples
time with such idiocy.

She is a lawyer..She is more to be pitied than got angry at!!

As a psych nurse..I have nursed psychotic IV drug users..They have, due to their illness hated me I hope! and threw excrement and urine at me..I have had so many HIV tests it is unbelievable...I have seen these same people coming back in with AIDS encephalopathy! It is the late stages but their brains are badly diseased with it..They have a form of dementia..It is a horrible illness and not unlike Syphilis.
The stages and cause are the same!

Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos is a defence lawyer... she is attempting to defend an idiotic HIV positive man who knowingly had unprotected sex with 3 women, infecting them.

Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos's defence is not a very good one since it's easy to prove the existence of HIV and that it causes AIDS, she will loose the case.

I know how she can prove her case. Its simple all she has to do is have unprotected sex with her client for a few months and then take a HIV test. If she comes out uninfected there she goes...

Otherwise she will learn a very powerfull lesson.

Interesting indeed. I have read a lot of items about this "HIV does not exist stuff" Some, even mentioned as "documented cases". Well, I am no expert on this. But why would would someone make this kind of claim? What would be the purpose?

As I mentioned earlier... the reason is, it's a terrible layers attempt at defence.

The despicable man indicted here allegedly infected women with HIV by having unprotected sex knowing full well he was HIV +

In reality this case may never get to court as it's initial argument is flawed. To have a trial you need to submit your case to the court prior to a hearing.

I mean what Serious Judge would put the Existence of HIV and AIDS on trial??

I suspect the Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos client has not agreed to pleading guilty or temp insane and will plead 'not guilty'...

This would have caused Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos to try and come up with the goods or loose the client.

She should have walked away... because her rep will be on the floor by now.
