Could someone please tell me how to keep my ATS ( BTS & PTS)
cookies, when I dump my temp files?
It kills my cookies for the site,
and I have to log in after reboot , everywhere.

It would largely depend on the method you are using to delete your temp files.

If it is a particular application, there should be an option for listing files to ignore during cleanup operations.
