This is nothing...

The speedy trial rule got quite a hit last year when Florida decided to pass a law for those 65 an up to be able to get their dates first...

415.1115 Civil actions involving elderly parties; speedy trial.--In a civil action in which a person over the age of 65 is a party, such party may move the court to advance the trial on the docket. The presiding judge, after consideration of the age and health of the party, may advance the trial on the docket. The motion may be filed and served with the initial complaint or at any time thereafter.

Can we say age discrimination?

We have a court case that was to be completed last MAY (2002)...and we're still waiting to see the judge.

1 week, big deal.

It has happened before due to hurricanes

If it was a month or two , then you might have a complaint

it's all the little things that add up to something big. I announced this in a class today and nobody cared, it's something normal, 1984 is here, nobody sees the problems arising.

the other thing: the constitution was made for conformity and they better as hell conform to it, or else they're just looking for trouble.
