Supporters of the war in Iraq claim that a Victory will be achieved when local security forces take over from there coalition counter parts.
How can this be considered a victory ?
None of the underlying problems will have been solved and an inferior force will be expected to over the role of providing security. A game of Hot Potato is being played.

Handed power over to the Iraqi security forces isn't a victory instead its nothing more then a poor attempted to save face by those who created the current mess in Iraq.

The people in Iraq don't matter. Their political welfare and standard of living were really never a consideration. The whole country can now be considered just collateral damage. This tribal/civil war will never stop. It will wax and wane but the demons have been released and the ME will from now on be in chaos.

The REAL victory will be finally realized when the oil pipelines are secured and the energy megacompanys are getting the profits they feel they deserve.

It's a brave new world........
