Why would the white house reject the CIA's Report on IRAN NUKE programe..

The only reason I can think is there must be some evidece of IRAN's underground Nukes. Like when, RUSSA WAS TIDED TO MISSING ARMS IN IRAQ " washington times ". IF so then it just makes sence that Presendeant Bush seen something going on???????

or maybe the report just doesn't fit in with the administration's agenda?

or maybe we learned our lesson the first time (iraq), and want a little more concrete proof.
