Hear is a link to a page with a report on male circumcision. It talks about how circumcision helps reduce the possibility of contracting AIDS.
However I have a question about the picture above the report. It is of an Egyptian being circumcised. The left are seems quite elongated. Would any one know the significance of the elongated left arm?
