Behold the Pale Horse Rides to Mt Weather

I just read Bill Coopers "Behold a Pale Horse" and it pretty well covers alot of the conspiracy topics here on ATS. But one thing that stuck in my mind was the mention of Mount Weather as the location for the Government Contingency plans pending a major emergency.

Now the point I would like to bring up is this...When this Facility come into existance back in the 50's and they basically took it out of the Governments hand in the day to day running of the this place did the NWO and the Secret Government take a foot hold on American Soil and is this the launch pad for its agenda ?

Does anyone know anything about this facility and if so do tell
