An office established last fall in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has added a key word to the traditional research area of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR): kill.

Also, I believe you are refering to "C3ISR", the acronym for "military command and control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance" (quoted from Darpa Document) ....or are you?

Nope, it's the C4ISR.

Killing is not a military job. Dieing is a civil job. It's not their faults ( military ) if the civils want to die.

Don't wanna die ? Join the Army !

I know some peoples who will shout and bark when they will see this post. That's why I wrote it.
