The Iraqi Red Crescent accused U.S. forces on Friday of carrying out a spate of attacks on its offices over the last three years during operations to flush out suspected militants.............

............In most of the incidents, the Americans claimed to have received "information."

Another source, BBC , says

The Iraqi Red Crescent, the country's biggest humanitarian organisation, has accused United States troops of attacking its offices and vehicles.
The organisation's vice-president said attacks by US-led forces were the biggest problem it faced.

Are we civilised enough to act as liberators

a mechanical device to target everything that comes in our way wihtout identifying it.

There is a limit to never attributing to malice what can be adequately explained by ignorance or stupidity.

Iraq's has long been reached. Its not bad intelligence. Its outright criminality.

Brave "freedom fighters" liberate 63. The poor,those looking for work are often liberated. Bombs near mosques,teachers, all need liberation. Deliberate "liberation" of women,children,all part of their plan. Kill them all til their goals are met.
