The legend of Zelda and the illuminati?

Wow, this thread actually entertained me being an old Zelda fan myself. I really should bust out my old Super NES and play some Link to the Past.. that was the greatest game ever, not graphics wise but 10/10 on the fun-o-meter

i was obsessed with zelda when i was younger and i still like it a whole lot.

There is no connection what so ever between zelda, the symbols within it and the illuminati.

You guys are rediculous, more books, less imagination.

I used to be addictade to Everquest and i remember there was alot of symbolic things that some of you might recognise.
If anyone played it i think you might know what i am talking about!
Also that game has made so much money since it came out back in 99-2000

Excuse me for being a smart ass at times, but I have no patience for ignorance and those of a lazy mind who spew out rediculous theories with no merit what so ever. If you can't see how rediculous this thread is then you have serious issues. Lets just break it down for the sake of argument.

People are claiming that triforce and all seeing eye in the Legend of Zelda video game proves a connection between the game and the illuminati. They are also claiming the same symbols and others have show a connection to freemasonry.

Riiiight.......

First of all there is no all seeing eye in Zelda, and even if there was, there is no conrete evidence that it is an illuminati symbol. The all seeing eye is an ancient egyptian symbol, its called they Eye of Heru, and has been adopted by various cultures and groups since to experss various ideas.

Secondly, the triforce is not an illuminati symbol and has never been even speculated by any historian or illuminist scholar to be such. Not to mention that the only other place the symbol refered to as the triforce even exists(as far as i've seen) is in Japan as a family crest. The equilateral triangle has often been theorized but like the eye of heru there is no proof that there is a connection. Further more trangles much like the all seeing eye have been used for millenia by cultures all over the globe long before the illuminati.

Thirdly, people are claiming there are Masonic symbols in Zelda, which symbols are you talking about and where in the game do they appear. Additionally do you even know what a "Masonic Symbol" is?

And because of these ludacris, unproven and unjustified claims you've got people claiming that they've been subconciously negatively affected by supposed illuminist and masonic symbols in a video game. Its a lie, its not true, and I don't like the ramant and indescriminate spread of falsehoods. On top of that im a Master Mason and don't appreciate people slandering my craft, nor the false claims and allegations that allow them a basis to do such. Can you understand why I might have a bit of an attitude?

Oh, and just so you know, im right quite often, but its not even about being right and wrong, its about being intelligent and investigative. Its about researching and learning and providing evidence and factual proven information, that's what its about my friend.

we never said it is real just a coincidence, and the all seeing eye is in the game i have beat it many times and know way more about it thab you it is called the eye of truth or lens of truth in the game and it reveals hidden stuff.

legend of zelda was like the 2nd game I ever got into when I was 5 or 6 years old... and come to think of it, the whole thing reeks of babylon mystery school crap.

the triforce is the beginning... the monsters like all of the one eyes, the damn costume worn by the main character, his NAME "link", and his rival Ganon ALL have the stench of illuminati...NOT TO MENTION the constant labyrinths!!!

now i truly regret having all of that streaming into my subconscious at such an early age... *sigh* so much work to do... "

All of this in highly inaccurate, and for the record the lense of truth in OOT looks like a mirror, in no way shape or form does it resemble the eye of heru. I rest my case.

Well, being a GREAT fan of zelda myself I had to reply to this topic. Even though I can't see the Triforce realting to the ever-seeing eye of the Illuminati (which, just in case any of you don't know, means "The enlightened" in Italian) I have to admit that masonery (hoped that's spelled ok) simbols DO appear in videogames, look at this:

i love zelda also, and no the triforce is an illuminati symbol the all seeing eye part is the lens of truth and those eye switches that you shoot. and there is the mask of truth.

Hey Guys...you do know that there actually is a game called Illuminati...try searching for it in google or yahoo...it's littered with it...When I tried to look up information about it, half the stuff I found was on a game called Illuminati!!!

Never knew there was a game called illuminati and to be honest i didnt see much sybolism in Zelda other than the Tri Force if that can be considered symbolism.

Even so, it the director of the game that a Japense guy. I think that there is too much now been seen as symbolism

Hey can someone explain to me about the parallels and symbols and stuff that you see in Zelda? I don't much about most of those religions and freemasonry and stuff; im just learning about illuminati mind control, and if anything has anything to do with the illuminati I HATE IT. Hi, I was always a big zelda fan, just wanted to point out that someone in this thread refferred to the hero of the game as "Zelda" when anyone who's really played knows the hero's name is "Link".
In my opinion, I'd say any Illuminati related symbolism found in any of the Zelda games would be the same as any Illuminati symbolism found in the Harry Potter books. As another ATS member put it: simply added by people who know very very little about the true meanings of the symbols intending to create an atmosphere of mysticism. No conspiracy, just added to spark the imagination and what not. I'm not trying to be over critical of the OP, but if one tried, they could probly find what they believe to be "A Conspiracy" in just about any thing. Take Super Mario Brothers for example...They battle a race of Reptilians who live underground!

You know what though? The mark of the beast might be a triangle. 666 is mathematically a trianglular number en.wikipedia.org...(number)
666 is also the number of man. So a triangle is an illuminati symbol, the illuminati is satanism, satanism is the glorification of man (self).
So ya, I don't know about that triforce. And its made up of three triangles which can mean the beast, the false prophet and the dragon (was it a dragon? I haven't read revelations in awhile lol)
I know, I know, you'll say its too farfetched. But, I don't know, theres been so much stuff like that in everything nowadays, its even in Arthur. You gotta wonder.
Oh and btw in twilight princess, Link has the mark of the triforce on his hand.
So, in TP our Link has the mark on his hand, hes a beast, and he starts out small. (the antichrist will start out small too, he wont be in a high position or anything. He'll just seem like an ordanairy guy).
