Project "ATS Dark Matter" -- The Evolution Continues...

The new version of ATS is code named, "Dark Matter".

In addition to introducing a significant change in the "look and feel" of the overall ATS experience, there will be a number of significant additions and changes in our core code base. In short, we're well on our way in evolving from one of the most advanced discussion boards to new level of online collaboration, discussion, debate, research, and social interaction.

Over the next few days, the new design will be slowly introduced on a page-by-page basis. Some of the design attributes were highlighted in this thread, and some will be a complete surprise. As we progress through the difficult transition period of moving a very busy and complex website into a new design template, there will likely be some moments where the pages don't look quite right. Be assured that it will be short-lived.

And over the next few weeks, new features and services will be added that extends the core discussion board into something completely different... something for which we do not yet have a name. Some of the new features will include:
- Integrated social networking
- Some level of display customization
- Advanced personal podcast feed management
- Advanced conspiracy master post management
- New search and research tools
- New content categories

So hang on... ATS is evolving yet again.

How come John Titor didn't mention this??? Geez I'm lost now. What maybe he did... didn't he mention a black hole or some such thing... Hmm perhaps that's what dark matter is. Whoa! waiting and anticipating. This new design should really bolster membership even more. It looks so simplified ,user friendly, and super spiffy!

Great now I'll never get any work done at work. Seriously guys ATS is making me so unproductive at work, it like it's seducing me or something. Can't wait for the new look.

Integrated Social Networking eh? Why do I have the sneaking suspicion that I'll no longer need a MySpace account? (Not that I actually have one... I'm much too macho for that *looks around nervously*)

Love the name, it fits ATS, as dark matter is the mysterious
stuff that makes up the majority of the universe, ATS is all
the stuff that makes up the majority of truth, or something
like that.
