Making these kind of soldiers and technology for them could get to be a problem because having the perfect soldier is great until it goes crazy and you can't stop it? Then what do you do? Or what if somebody in pwer was corrupt enough to use them for their own purposes instead of protecting the people they should they kill them.

Well. We would be screwed. And thats the problem. Imagine this, some mob bosses and gangsters, and criminals alike got their hand on this technology?.
But technology like the exo skeleton will also be for civilian use as well. For ppl who have beginning stages of muscle dystrophy and injurys that have left them extremely weak, the exoskeleton will be a blessing. Nanotechnology will revolutionize our way of life. So it wont be exclusive to the military itself. Though they might make their exoskeleton a certain hybrid different from the civilian ones.

What if you beam a laser at a cloaked suit? Wouldn't that laser reveal the position because the laser would stop?

dunno. that technology is atleast till 2020. Alot is still unknown about it. However using a laser to do that would be like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

I meant a composite laser beam. If you beam one of those at the cloaked suit it would stop.
