Could someone please tell me who this man is???

I don't yet know who the man is in the video but I found out who posted it to Google. He has a myspace.com account there he goes by the name Dilbor777 if you want to view his page here is the link

he seems to have a welth of UFO videos on his site, might be worth checking out. I emailed him your question and I will see if he responds back. Ill keep you updated on what I find out.

Looks like William Cooper to me? Anybody else? Check out "Beware a pale horse" a very famous book of his.

There should be threads about him on ATS and some of them were good.

That is definitely Milton William Cooper.

The video is most interesting

I looked up this guy, and one thing shouted out at me he died on Nov 5 2001, seems kinda strange, well now that I think about it he was 62 and from the video didnt seem like he was into that much of a rigged excersize routine.

some of the stuff on his page is really crappy and fake looking, like a few of those ufo pics, obviously doctored up, and a few are just simply crayon drawings. So yeah and Milton William Cooper was kinda full of crap towards the end, wasn't he?

That man is William Cooper. Unfortunately,he was gunned down by police in Arizona.

Just to add confirmation, that is definitely William Cooper. I've seen a video by him before (it may have even been that one, not sure).
