How many others keep a journal like this? I keep a long of my dreams and meditation, and my techniques for both. Any new techniques, discoveries, or breakthroughs go right into my journal. I do hope no one reads it, because of the subject matter, it sounds like a crazy man wrote it.

Well i wanted to make my web blog like a dream journal also. So i may do that. My dreams have been so realistic of late. Absolutely shocking. I have got to start lucid dreaming again. Because i dont think i can take any more of me dreaming and it being so realistic that in my dreams i cant tell the difference if it's reality or not. Even pain has become much more intense.

Lucid dreaming. I wish my dreams would never end when that happens. I wish the dreamtime could go on...

I kept journals of the things relevant to my spiritual path, such as meditation/astral experiences, dreams, visions, miracles, healings, aura viewing, coincidences, ideas, information on how I had spent my day prior to these experiences and what sort of mood I was in at the time.

After I had a year or two of journal entries I studied them and saw a pattern emerging in when the really great experiences happened. I therefore simulated the necessary conditions which brought the experiences to me and yup! it worked. I had gained access to the next level and started having amazing spiritual experiences every day.

I had found the way to break out of my shell, which was the routine existence that was holding me in darkness, and once out a whole new reality was unveiled.

I think each person needs to find their own way, or at least move at their own speed towards some kind of expanded awareness of life.
