If you look at number 9 in the list (Colorado) it says 38.9$. Is it a normal typing mistake or does it have to do with something else?

Not legitimate at all. Some are real, of course. Many military bases have underground facilities. But the idea that there are tunnels running hundreds to thousands of miles across the continent and under the ocean is ludicrous and insulting to the intelligence of the reader.

I see Lassen Peak and Mount Shasta are still on that list. Laughable.
