Why is there a "Hurry get laid tonight" ad with a nude woman on the top of an ATS thread?

I went in the properties of the ad and I got this from it. "http://hornymatches.com/promote/cj/728x90a.gif"

I've seen some of the ads before but i'm just not sure that this one is supposed to be up there? I'm thinking it could be offensive.
