Africa might be the land full of oil. Some native tribe in African right now is sitting on a Abundunt amount of oil deep underneath. They just don't know it because they nations in AFRICA are very poor. No one look rather not interested in them. If Africa get the right form of technology they might be able to find oil there. I know I'm pretty sure that there is OIL there in large amoun which we don't know of it yet.

All the oil extraction technology in the world cannot save you from the local rebels. Even in a country as quasistable as Angola or Nigeria there are fears of attack by rebels. What Africa needs is ethics and education first and foremost. Then they will realize what they are sitting on, as in all undoubted likely hood, there is some oil.
