I've gone vegetarian now, but not before enjoying my Canadian Thanksgiving a month ago.

As for Tofurky, I bought some Tofurky sausages this afternoon to try - half because of the fact it's thanksgiving soon, but also because I do like Tofu and need to explore my alternatives.

Lentils ftw.

I dunno if I could ever go a long period of time with out eating meat. I saw a commercial for a resturant, where they cut a steak and you can see some bloode ooze out.

i mean just think about how roxor jerky is in itself. Tofujerky? possible?

Really when I ate the tofu in that soup it had like no taste at all. I guess if I could eat at Freebirds World Burritos every day I could possibly do away with meat (GIMMIE DEATHSAUCE!) completely.

I stopped eating beef a few years back but still will eat poultry every once in awhile.
But I do like Tofu as when I was a child we would eat at a chinese
restaurant at least once every two weeks and so enjoy the bean curd.
