I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong but i'm on the NRO website looking for FIO on UFO'S.

www.nro.gov...

There is the link. Why when I click the documents i want to see that perport to be of size in PDF file not exist???

all lead to nothing, is this not supposed to be freedom of information???
