The Cryptography Game

Since I enjoy playing around with making different variations of encryption, as well as cryptanalysis, I thought I'd start a thread where people can post a message they encrypted with some method (one that can be broken by hand, preferrably) and others can try to break it.

I'm not sure how many people here know much about cryptology or are even interested in it, but I hope at least a few are. Here is a list of some useful tools and reading material on the subject. I'll post more useful things as I find them (and I invite others to do so as well) but those are some good basics.
