What do i do?

Ok i've DL'd Boinc and SETI@home, now what?

I have never been so baffled by one thing in my life!

The screensaver kicks in ok when it's supposed to, so what do i do and do i have to watch the thing in order to be told if anything out of the ordinary comes up?

Could anyone please direct me to a tutorial that works or an idiots guide to the whole thing. Work units and stuff, how does this work? All the questions you've probably asked or been asked before, i just don't find this part of ATS very clear.

Oh yeah, and can you, or is there any point in watching it when the screensaver is'nt on?
