Cyrus Kar is an Iranian-American who went to Iraq last year to film a historical documentary. It had nothing to do with the war. But just days after arriving, his trip took a stunning turn. Kar landed at the notorious Abu Ghraib Prison where he says U.S. troops called him the American terrorist

It will be interesting to see how this is going to end up. The support for suing Rumsfeld is growing by day, but if it will actually happen... I seriously doubt it.

How can he sue Rumsfeld for the actions or others? Makes no sense what soever. While it was definately wrong for them to say such things about him upon his arrival, its definately wrong for him to blame Rumsfeld as well.
