Inside War?

I have an interestign idea.... what if the NWO as we know it hasn't come about because there are multiple groups warring over control?

Who could these groups be?

What are their motives?

Any thoughts?

Strange I was thinking about this earlier.
I was wondering why vice president Blair is trying to help american - european relations. Is this because their is a far deeper rift or power struggle going on??

OWO VS NWO.
Iv thought about this before too, even though iv never cared for secret societys.
I seemed to believe in them though, it seems credible that thier are those few elite who have more control in this world than others.
Conflict will always arise between two powerfull forces, trying to concieve the same goals.

Specifically what groups compose the OWO and the NWO? Are there also splinters of each, neutral parties, ect.?

But I think NWO AND OWO are just two big groups.
