The walls

It might be possible that the walls were blown up. I know this is a pretty common discussion but hear me out. OK, the hurricane starts acomin' and Bush knows that he needs something to get attention away from Iraq or something. He needs people to not realize something. So he drops the ball, then once the hurricane blows over, everyone says "hey we made it". The levies did not break untill after the storm had passed. Bobs could be disguised under debris, or Navy Seals could have dived under and poked holes or planted explosaves. Detonations would mainly have taken place in the most evacuated nebighoods. maybe his plan was to have this disaser, another 9/11 then come out on top of the heap by doing a bunch of heroic (IE standing on debis and signing checks) stuff and reap the rewards. If he acted to soon then it looks like he was in on it. So he waits a bit to long, or the explosives were too powerful and he finds him self in over his head.

Yeah, that's great and all, but that whole scenario would hinge on Bush being smart enough to devise such a plan.

Bush is smart do you have degrees from Harvard and Yale dont think so.

The walls broke because they were poorly built and no one thought that that big of a hurricane would ever hit them. If they were blew up through some plan by Bush then the explosives would not have been to powerfull were usually dead on.
