If you want to fast..
Do it on your own, do not tell anyone you are fasting.
Fast your regular daily habbits...
Eat NOTHING cooked with FIRE, or HEAT from Electricity..
Only eat food cooked by the sun, (magnified or just plain sun)..
Eat nothing that is frozen, or soaked in water for longer than 24 hours.
Do not eat anything cooked by the sun after the time when fruit drops from trees... (around our regular dinner times, around 4:30-5:30pm) after this
time, eat only fruits and cheeses, and par-take in no hot beverages.
after fasting in this manner for 30 days you may resume your regular life-style.
This is an excellent way of fasting and detoxing your system...
These were guidelines set down by Jesus...
He recommended you also Fast from eating period (I would recommend AFTER doing the above fast of no fire and heat and eating fruits.)
The idea behind fasting all food and perhaps even drink.. is to starve your cells of their cravings for the regular bombardment of peptides, the
longer you do this the less your cells crave the things you used to put in it. and they can Then be given a better pattern to follow which is the
above fast, eating only sun cooked foods and fruits and veggies and cheese.. sweets should be kept for breakfast and late night as well. and should be
avoided during the day.
Understand what happens to your body when you fast.
You are in actuality starving your cells of the peptides they are used to.. the ones that take up valuable docking space of the actual needs of the

Anything can be eaten when cooked by the sun.. any meat, or fruit/vegetable..
breakfast have fruit and some bread product(cooked by the sun the previous or current day) milk or clear water... some sort of oat or barley type
grain.. and cheese, and perhaps some chocolate or something sweet that is relatively natural (honey)
lunch (or any snacks)... eat pretty much whatever you want cooked by the sun... steer away from any sweets this meal.. fruits do not count as sweets,
water preferably instead of milk for this meal, and most snacks.
Try for more vegetables instead of fruits for lunch, and more meats, instead of breads. minimal grains other than breads...
Dinner, eat mainly fruits, and bread, with minimal meat, more bread products and grains, milk followed by water and cheese for this meal too.. no
sweets for this meal..
Make a meal of night, consisting of fruit and sweets, water or wines, and cheese.. keep it simple, not too complex.
