First off, Hello, been reading the posts but just signed up today...Now on to the point...I have thought for a long time now we really have no idea if who the majority voted for was actually elected.
It could all be set up...If we are told some one won... we do not have the means to ask everyone to see if it is true. Just an idea.

You guys are all wrong. The economic slide started under clinton due to his insistance on proceeding with the anti-trust case against Microsoft. Heres a company that controls whole sectors of our economy and the government attacks it weakening invester confidence bringing its stock price down and the rest of the tech sector with it = results the rest of the economy goes down with the heavely invested tech sector!!
As for tax cuts and the rest (personely I promote the National retail sales tax and abolition of income tax) none of you seem to want to admit what happens with the tax cuts....IF you actually pay taxes you get a tax cut 96% of the total taxes paid were paid by 50% of income earners those of you who earned $27000+ last year. If you are not paying taxes or have all of the withholdings returned at the end of the year due to various deductions or earned income tax credits (ha ha) then you not only should not get a rebate check you dont deserve a rebate check the rebate is just that returning money which was withheld from your paycheck. Since this income tax scheme is gradutated then those who are in the top 1% of income earners $313000 + will get the largest tax cut or rebate BECAUSE THEY PAID MORE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I love to see those of you who are just eaten up with the green eyed monster try and justify attacks on the wealthy you roll out all of these accusations of chronyism and favortism all to promote your class warfare agenda its classic socialism. OH THOSE HATED RICH FOLKS!!!
As for the poor Iraqis and the rest of the third worlders
you can all claim to hate America and whats left of our freedom BUT I would put money on the fact that if I pulled a boat to NYC up at any port in your pathetic dictator ruled countries you would break each others necks to get on it!!
